Yes. We are led to believe that the panel will co-ordinate the timing of publication with the two parties (international breaks, end of season, before WC, for example) although there is no provision for such collaboration in the PL rulebook, but we aren't to believe that the panel would communicate timetables to the parties or, for that matter, taking it to an extreme, a preliminary informal verdict if one party has suffered a crushing defeat. It's weird, but that's "the law" for you.
How far would the panel consider a responsibility to protect the game, I wonder?
