PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Khaldoon either knows something based on how the tribunal went or he is deluded. I think he knows something. He is certainly not deluded. He is surrounded by high quality people and he will have been briefed fully during and after the tribunal in detail. No stone will have been left unturned. Only time will tell. Come on City!
Khaldoon knows we have categorically Not broken financial rules by creating fake sponsorships.

Khaldoon knows the league does not have the reach nor the arena to demand information. Pannick is in to sweep up the situation and shut it down properly.

The 115 if looking at it from the leagues side could be seen as a desperate act of frustration at not being able to get hold of the information; only leaked out of context emails which CAS tried to build a case on and failed miserably despite the grandstanding.

You could go even further and look at Khaldoon’s words as a warning shot across the league who have probably been told by now they have landed up shits creek to get on with releasing the verdict. If the rules need rewritten again like APT then it’s going to be a long wait zzzzzzzz.

Aslong as it states clearly that the club did not disguise owner investment I don’t care about the rest. The cheats stuff is boring now. It will continue in one way or another anyway. How many people misquote the cas result to strengthen their own argument? Nearly everyone especially the media and our competitors.

Khaldoon knows the game by now after 18 seasons, Uefa pinch(far too trusting at that point), The dip hack and the continued smear campaign that shows no sign of stopping.

CFG is a beast now. The academy is a pipe line to success. The ground revamp is another key milestone in our self sustainability growth.

Last point, we have so many teams in the group now…are we arguing that all the sponsors from Girona to NYC is completely fabricated? It’s mental. Why no whistle blower at any of the clubs in the cfg group?

A win is a win and it’s going to be epic in real life and the socials.

I reckon ‘if’ we’re gonna get a verdict this year then it’ll be at the very end of the transfer window.
In one final attempt to disrupt the club.

Just my opinion but I am not sure the club will seek any recompense or will be interested in going after any of the numerous hacks, social media streamers, radio stations, tv.stations that have constantly smeared our name.
Just think its not our style and is a case of keeping your freinds close but your enemies closer.
I may be totally wrong

I think - after listening to the last few words of his interview - he will not name anyone or organisation, but will make so many indirect insinuations that it will be easy to attach special names to those comments.

I read in Sportsview today that Levy also sold 24.99% of his 29.88% of his shares thus severing meaningful connection with Spurs. I believe Tim Lewis was an employee only, without any or at least significant shareholding in Arsenal, so another clean break.

If so, it is hard not to conclude the clubs have put clear water between them and their previous representatives.
Not in Spurs case as the other 76% is owned by the family of a bigger crook than Levy.

Imagine every charge went against us after that interview. Lol. That clip would be jumped on and used to publicly embarrass him at every opportunity. This is a man that can sit with Chris Bailey one week and world leaders the next.

Masters will be gone by the time the session starts I think.

By my view of thinking, I think and hope we will be cleared.

I do however dont think it's completely implausible that the pressure of public opinion, media or bias could impact these 3 individuals decisions. It has happened plenty of times throughout history.
It’s completely implausible

Whatever the outcome is, it won’t be influenced by the likes of Magic Hat’s offerings on social media

I'm referring to the widespread and immense public pressure from millions and millions of people, more or less the entire worldwide football establishment and a decade of biased reporting on the matter in the media. I am obviously not referring to a clown conspiracy account by an arsenal fan on twitter. But you of course already knew that.

Ok so here’s the fantasy scenario I’ve worked out. The clubs signing of players from Arsenal and Tottenham provided them with evidence of wrongdoing which they were bound to disclose as part of discovery on the defense of the 115 charges. This is the “glasshouse” to which Khaldoon alluded. Levi and what’s his name resigned. Now the league is sorting out their punishment (along with Chelsea). City have been found not guilty and are just sitting back laughing because it’s likely that Arsenal will be stripped of their 2026 title. Pep quit because he objected to winning the league in this manner.

I currently have too much time on my hands.

But not completely impossible, evident by that biased media reporting and public opinion has impacted verdicts multiple times throughout history.
I admire your trust in that these 3 panel members are all infallible individuals incapable of being affected by their surroundings, I just simply do not share that unlimited trust.

But I hope you are correct!
