What do people think our final offer will be?
Personally I'd go with £40m, no add ons but paid in full upfront.
I'd give them 48 hours to respond and tell them we won't be back if it's a no.
I'd encourage Sterling's agent to bring the contract buyout option, in 12 months time, into play via the press.
Liverpool as a club and as a fan base need putting in their place. Time to grind them into the dirt.

It's an interesting one. I think if we were prepared to go the full £50m or near it, we wouldn't have allowed the past 24 hours to happen. But I also think we're a club that is happy to pay good money for good players. So I don't think we'll try and embarrass or belittle Liverpool with a bid so I think the third will be an improved one. Maybe undisclosed, £40m rising to £45m.
Total guess.
