De Bruyne?

More likely to be a genuine injury as he was actually training, unless whilst training he got told a deal as been reached?

I'm bored of waiting.

jfdi now, everything I've read/seen so far tells me Wolfsburg and are almost wanting a bid. They know he's leaving at some stage and his stock after last season is probably higher than it will ever be. Despite the VW backing I think they'd be more than happy to take the coin.

No idea if the injury is genuine, or if it's to avoid playing against Bayern at the weekend. Barring a Delph like change of heart he will be ours sooner rather than later though.

Are Wolfsburg on board with all this or just KDB?

I'm sure there's a lot of negotiation etc etc dealing with transfers but if, as were led to believe, these deals have been in the making for months now?
Just what the hell is holding them up with the new season a week away?

Not too fussed about him 'gelling' with the team, attacking midfielders tend to play with their instincts so good ones can fit into any team straight away, especially if surrounded by other good players. It's more defensive players that need to get used to a system IMO

How good is he? Will he make a big difference to the first team, like getting another Silva equivalent? I've honestly never seen him play and I don't want to judge him for leaving Chelsea - hopefully Mourinho made a huge error of judgement that comes back to haunt him. Is he really a £50m talent that can help us unlock these shitty 'parked bus' teams that we dropped points to last season?

Kevin De Bruyne: "Should I leave, I will explain everything."

quote has come from the express incase of copyright i'll copy and paste the article in here ;-)

Asked about his future, De Bruyne said: “I don’t have a clue. There is nothing new to report. It’s a thing between the clubs.

“Should I leave, I will explain everything.

“I have had a good pre-season and feel great here. It’s about a lot of money, but in the end I only play football.”
