I take it that goes for the people in charge of the vermin, arsenal, chelsea, dippers, spuds? Window not over dzeko, jojo out as well as numerous kids on loan signed 2 promising kids that were pursed by some really big teams signed the best english talent out there for 44m also signed another current england international for 8m and there is a month left! It's a forum so yes you're entitled to your opinion but the fact our targets were identified months ago yet with only a week left till the start of he season we have only brought in one player who's gonna start each week, sterling. It has not been a productive pre season, our squad is still on different wavelengths with it looking like our South American players not going to be make it for the first game of the season. Our defence is a shambles and needs addressing. Vital positions haven't been addressed yet, and with a week to go til the start of the season, it's a tad worrying to say the least

I think City are probably waiting to get both Dzeko & Jovetic off the books before making a move. Rumour was they wanted De Bruyne first as he's a player we need, then Pogba second as he's the icing & sign of intent. Do I buy in to that myself? It makes sense I suppose to shift both on before going balls out for our targets & does us no harm letting the selling clubs stew a little. I don't think either KDB or PP were ever likely to join before the start of the season but I'd imagine they'd be done one way or another.
