I would imagine it is more than likely true tbh now mate. Being as Wolfsburg players and allofs have confirmed he is coming.

Klaus Allofs confirmed before that De Bruyne was coming here either tonight or tomorrow. He was in the stands watching Wolfsburg beat Schalke 3-0 so we can assume he'll be in Manchester tomorrow for his medical, maybe at the game too.
