Yet he played 13 games for them.
Including three of the four promotion matches.
People's reactions to our loan players infuriates me so much.
Harry Kane couldn't get a game for Leicester a year before he was scoring 20 goals in a season.

Just posted this is twitter rumours...he's a new one on me, never heard of him...reports in Italy this morning are his club have asked Peres to leave training...so maybe a deal is close, maybe not....too many different reports at present to know for sure what is going on...Torino team bus are reportedly taking the the squad to Bormio tomorrow so maybe we find out one way or the other in the next 24hours...

I thought we didn't like Pellegrini because he didn't give our academy players a chance. Yet we want Pep to buy new players for every possible eventuality. I'm confused now.

Those who put a lot of trust in bringing kids along will finally get their wish. Looks like we're going to pick from with it as we wait for Sagna to return and Zaba to get fit.

Who knows, maybe the truth lies somewhere in between, and we contacted Torino, know their asking fee, have an agreement with the players' representatives, but put on hold the deal as we still have Zabaleta and Maffeo alongside Sagna. I'm just guessing, of course, but I really don't think it can be true that we were never interested, after all these reportings.

It could be another brief from City, they have done a lot of that this summer. Not so much who we are in for, but who they have stepped away from/no longer interest.
Peres is one of the names which I suggested yesterday could be one of the four agreed deals, although that was before these reports Zabba is could now staying?
We're at the business end of things now, so plenty will be put out of their misery very soon!

I'll reserve judgement on calling this window amateur night- especially when we have the cash.

Never mind Ric, there have been ongoing reports, including today, that we are in on Peres.
Did the media make up the bids we allegedly made and had rejected? Maybe, but there's a lot of smoke here and it seems strange for there to be no fire.

"He`s available,he wants to come" they shout.If only it was that easy.Thats one reason I never shout you down when things don`t work out as planned as I fully understand how the goalposts can be moved from one club and that then starts the domino affect down the line.
Thats what makes the transfer season so nail biting and at times infuriating,but I have every confidence in our Club to get some of their targets over the next few weeks and even days I would assume.
