Season Predictions

All this Jibba jabba it takes time to learn a new game plan/tactics is bollocks. Some professor hasn't turned up trying to teach physics to utd fans! It's football, they will have it down pat by Friday afternoon. We will win the league, that's a definite. Maybe a domestic cup and CL semi. Sit back and let's enjoy
 
League: Second- coming from a long way back
Domestic Cups: Out earlyish with young and fringe players used
CL: Quarters

Expecting a transitional season in all respects.

Domestic cups are a crapshoot to predict but think Pep will play youth in the LC and hopefully we make another run in the FA Cup.
At least quarters of the CL, again depends on the draw to guess how far after that.

Regardless I'm very excited we're finally only a few days away!

Just getting it out of my system m8.... If I predict it, it wont happen - Liverpol win I mean. I am worried that Liverpool under Klopp will be a lot better
 
I was previously thinking Pep might need a season to adjust and learn about the Prem League . But having just watched the documentary 'Pep' and listened to those involved at Barca and in particular Bayern ,about Peps impact and how he changed not only the team , but much of the club for the better , i think its going to be a very good season .

Prem - Winners
FA Cup - Winners
League Cup - Quarters
Champs League - Semi Final
 
Slow start to the premier league working out the kinks and it being a transition year hence:

Prem: top 3
FA cup: semis
League cup: shock exit early on
Champs: quarters

Plenty of really good title contenders this season, will be hard to win first time with Pep.
 
City's odds to win the league have shortened on Betfair today. Betfred still 13/5, which is decent.
 
Anyone threatening Stretford Shitehawks chance of winning the league will not be tolerated. We have a real opportunity to win the league under Pep but will be cheated like fuck by the usual suspects. Oh and I fear Vinny will only last a few games before being long-term injured again.

Apart from that, bring it on!

4th spot between City and Chelsea.

Capital Cup: Final
Champs: QTR Finals

A tough season ahead with lots of patience from fans needed maybe.

2017-2018 I'm hoping the title will be ours.

Think Chelsea will win it only because no European games - fresh legs and all that like the dippers a few season back when Suarez was playing for them.

Dippers and Chelski without distractions will be strong. Rags, i hate to say it will be thereabouts. Don't worry too much about Arse and Spuds and not at all about Leicester. Transitional one for me. Maybe scrape top 4, but worry we may be well off the pace after first half dozen games. I think Saturday may be the first "wake up call". Would never bet against us, but if was a black cats fan i would be having more than a nibble at the 6/1 Sunderland win or draw. Prove me wrong Pep, but i am not sure with no major changes at the back from a very poor on occasions performance last season coupled with you requiring a style of football that they are not yet capable of, that we are not going to suffer early on.

I must admit I am prepared for a season of transition. For the players who Pep doesnt want to be ousted and to get those he wants, to play his system, his way, at the right intensity. I suspected most pundits to be of a similar opinion and expected the Rag wankathon to be in full flow. Much to my surprise most serious commentators without a bias & pundits think the League will be ours.
We have a squad to compete in all competitions and hope to give both Cups a serious go even with a lot of EDS lads. Aderibioyo Alex G and Bersant with Angelino and Mafffeo may make the LC sides regularly.
Champs League will be a priority and if we get through the preliminary round to the Groups nobody will want us in their group.
Sooooooooo.

FAC - Quarters
CL - Quarters (Out to Barca, Madrids or Bayern)
 
Well I have a very optimistic feeling about this season.

I think we will win the PL, we will win one of the Cups, and semi final of Champions league. Pep is a genius and that is going to carry us a long way.
