That Head & Shoulders advert comes off worse and worse every time you see it...
I absolutely hate footballers prostituting themselves on adverts. Don't they earn enough. I just look at every single one of them being greedy cunts. Messi was on one recently......yep, he needs the cash.

I'm afraid brands like adidas aren't going to advertise their relevant products on vanarama confer fends national players, they're going to approach house hold names. If not Messi, it'll be some other rich, adidas endorsed, footballing fucker

I'm not going into who's the better goal keeper argument, but i do feel a tad sorry for Joe.
Saying that, players come and go and City are still City. The king is dead, long live the king.

Trouble is though bud is that too many on here see it as pep thinking Willy is better.. and that's what grates them.
i agree.
Coincidentally there is a good ,balanced article on the hart /pep fallout in the guardian online...well worth a read.it interestingly mentions maureens treating of the pigfarmer at the sty, with a little known fact revealed that van gall was none to happy with how little time the player actually spent in manchester..apparently he used to fly into town for the matches and fly home after..many in the dressing room thought he was basically taking the piss..this of course is not directly relevant to Hart, but its a very good article all the same.

Not arsed if they advertise sports brands but why the fuck does Messi need to do a Pringles advert? Do they even have Pringles in Spain? Why does Hart need to do a shampoo advert?

You mean he only had two hair cuts left? Like Cavendish and Robby Carlton

he's got the best defenders in the league in front of him. He either had Vinnie + 1, or someone like Otamendi who despite errors is still a top CB. Neuer faces less shots because he is in a great team that keeps the ball, but he plays as part of that, Joe can't, which is why the manager responsible for both sides likes Neuer and doesn't like Hart. The fact remains the lynchpin of both United's and England's defence is Smalling, and if you want to argue semantics over who's better between Cahill and Blind that's up to you. So your point really doesn't stand, especially when one third of our goals conceded is in one corner of a goal where Joe is statistically more likely to concede than save it. That's a fatal flaw, not the making of a top, top keeper.
I made my original comment in the context of some of the mindless slagging off of Hart on Talksport etc - a witch hunt - so I set out a few facts/stats. You missed that point. I didn't say anything about Pep initially. Of course his job is to shape the team as he thinks fit. No-one is challenging that.

City Watch reporting Pep is going to play quite a few fringe players for the CL game on Wednesday. Giving a run out to Yaya, Fernando, Delph, Clichy and Kelechi. However Hart is to remain on the bench.

I do feel sorry for Hart in all this. OK I accept Hart hasn't currently got the skill set Pep wants, but he has been a popular City legend and is a fine keeper, certainly much better than Willy.

He has been completely frozen out after what, 45 minutes of football against Arsenal. Pep says Hart can fight for his place, but he won't even play him when the other fringe players are playing.

There seems attempts at character assassination against anyone who speaks out on BM, (almost cyber bullying?). I have no problem us getting Bravo, but Hart does not appear to have been treated with the respect and dignity I would have expected from our top management team.

If Joe deliberately booted the ball long v arsenal then maybe the management might be wondering what he may do deliberately wrong again, can they risk him chucking a moody live in a european match...especially if he's convinced he's offmans

I think that is a bit disrespectful to Joe.

kicking the ball long deliberately when you're getting paid 100k a week is a bit disrespectful to the man who pays the piper...joe's finding out the hard way that he's not actually the funniest fucka in this city

He kicked it long once to Sergio with 2 defenders running back to catch him.

People acting like he aimed for some **** in row Z for shits and giggles then punched Pep in the swingers before revealing a United kit, fuck me.

We don't know what Pep said to Hart for that half a game? However the makeshift defence was a shambles, especially in the first half with Willy.

The young lad from the EDS passed straight to Arsenal twice. Pep has apparently instructed Willy to kick some long on Saturday to "mix it up"? As far as I can remember Hart was not at fault for either of their goals.

It just seems disingenuous saying in public, "you are welcome to stay and fight for your place" when there appears no real intention to give any game time, even when fringe players are being used.
