TV Series

Re-watching The Leftovers in preparation for the final season. Incredible show but I can see how some would think it's complete trash. Give it a go for sure. The second season is close to a 10/10 for me.

Definitely. It's not as good the second time around, especially the first season. The second season and specifically the last few episodes are still amazing though. Worth another go around if you have a the time.
 
Just finished watching Berlin station and I thought it was very good.
Started Quarry last night and if the first two episodes are anything to go by it's going to be excellent.
 
Don't know if it is a well known series or licensed even, but I have just watched the Lego Starwars version on Empire Strikes Back...fucking brilliant, got my 3 yr old girl putting a crisp box on her head and calling herself "Peo"

Pretty tight to the story, bit of extra piss taking of Lando and Boba fett, cynical merchandising aside, some good comical stuff thrown in

I watched this, bit of a poor man's Homeland for me, but it was good enough, its got itself a second season, not sure where they can take the story, might be a good idea if they went around the world to the different CIA sites eg London Station and just have a new set of characters with a new story entirely, as everything was wrapped up in that story really.

I'd agree with those reviews. Definitely gone off the boil. Last weeks appeared to be more about yer man playing Sherlock looking good and showing off his acting skills - the guy playing the 'baddy' was utterly unconvincing.

Mind you, I didn't like the storyline about Watson's wife either.
