Neilson do a Stay & Sail holiday in the Ionian, week 1, hotel based - learn how to sail a yacht (34'), week 2 - flotilla in your own yacht with a load of other novices. Great introduction to bigger boats in beautiful (if unchallenging) waters. Loads of Wayfarers and Mirrors about still TRB.

If you do the mountains trip in a Taxi (and I'd recommend it) they'll probably take you to a women's cooperative that makes Argan Oil...and the products are pricey. Le Tobsil is the best restaurant in town...don't be put off by the giant in robes guarding the door...

Kielder is great, a bit of a pain in the arse to get to, but zero light pollution as a result, and clear views to the North (see video above). Forecast is good for tonight...
