What I'm most impressed with is how consistent he has become

I can't think of a poor game he's had since the world Cup. Sure he has better games than others, all players do, but I'm struggling to think of any time he's had a poor game.

Who knows, his finishing might even get better. I think now he knows he belongs, he's not overthinking his all round game. So I think his composure in front of goal will be the next thing to improve. I've seen him score some brilliant goals for villa, he can do it.

Grealish is incredibly important. He always wants the ball and is available for a pass and then when he gets the ball he doesn't lose it and wins freekicks etc.
