Personally I will do this when the player is truly fit. I don't want to see another player rushed back from injury. Think about Kev and Stones. Too many cases this season. Halaand played with his injury as well before the winter break.

The blame is on medical team, they should know better. They can prevent this from ever happening at all if they can just force Jack to rest and tell Pep that he didn't fit enough.

Jack is going to stubborn on his way through injury regardless if he thinks he is fit enough or not and Pep is going to believe on what medical expert says about his condition.

Well that backfired. Bad enough for him to be thrown in when he clearly wasn't ready, but when paired with Pep's comments yesterday... his confidence must be absolutely fucked.

It's not Pep's job to decide whether a player is fit, you know...Depends also on how the player feels and what he says. Normally, our medical staff gets things right. That's why we could win the Treble with a small squad.
