cup scheme people getting tickets whatever points they have is ok by me (even though I'm not in it)

what they shouldn't do is let kids with a few hundred points get a ticket just because their parents have enough points nor should they do that sitting with mates thing either

it should be purely points and anyone in the cup scheme
But where do you draw the line? My lads have just short of 2500 points after holding a SC for 3 years and access cards for much longer.

I honestly think the clubs previous allocation system was a good one that rewarded the up and coming City supporter as well as the old and bold. We are rewarding loyalty, and with that loyalty, the next generation of fan is born.

if your lad has 2500 points he should be able to get a ticket when they are on sale to seasoncard holders with 2500 points

why should he have a FA Cup Final ticket ahead of an adult seasoncard holder who has say 3000 points?

On reliable authority from within the club there will be 17K of the 25K tickets actually made available to fans to buy, there are approx 4k CSD members who will get first option thus leaving around 13K available via the ticket office to the fans who are just season ticket holders. Not scaremongering just passing on reliable info from a reliable source so people can start to make plans accordingly.

I've heard similar from a client who reckons he is in the know. He's a City fan and director of the company that lays the pitches for COMS and Carrington and has a corporate SC. Maybe true, maybe bull but I'm just passing on the info.

Let's play with the math here.

90k - 17k for Club Wembley gets us to 73k. 73k / 2 clubs = 36,500 per club. So.... why are we getting only 25k?

Because the 17k Club Wembley tickets are nothing to do with the FA's allocation to the "FA Family" as they like to call them. There are another 23K used for that. The owners of the 17K club wembley tickets are private individuals who buy licences and packages over a sustained period and recieve tickets for all home internationals, the FA Cup final, both FA cup Semi's, the Carling Cup Final and the Rugby league cup final as a minimum.

Not saying agree with it but thats where your allocation has gone, the 23K "FA Family" dont come in to play for the semi's hence it being easier to get a ticket for the Semi than the Final.

First day of Stoke ticket sales is 2nd of may. Check there website. Please create a topic someone. Hope city sales are earlier than this.

Only got your word for that, anyone can quote 'a source'.
