Pep's turning him into the best DM in the world. He can do the lot. He reads the game well, he breaks up play, he wins the ball back, he's physical and he can also pick a pass with ease like the ball over to the top to Walker for the Sterling goal. He is only getting better and he's only 25 so he's nowhere near his peak yet.

Lovely dinked pass for our first goal. He’s having a fantastic season.

He just knows how to play the role now, creative when he needs to be, covers the defence when he needs to and completely controls the game. He's the perfect defensive midfielder.
