This is absolutely not performance related, but why doesn’t this guy ever get a rest? He is the oldest regular starter on the team. We have people that can fill in for him without a drop off in quality (in most instances). For a game like today - in crazy heat - it seems like you could have given him a day off. Or subbed him. I know this isn’t a new question…

Especially when he wasnt playing at the end of last season

Because he's on borrowed time, once all our players are fit, he'll be back on the bench where he belongs.
