For me he speaks in soundbites, says what fans/players expect him to say but little else.

But I agree he is clearly highly regarded by the dressing room.

Not good enough at reading the game for a CB, ok against lesser clubs but he should never be anywhere unless we have an injury crisis.

Every single game he costs us a goal, even if he plays well overall he always has that brainfart and today it was playing Gordon onside, it's that simple.
