And you are incorrect on assumption about me.

Firstly, I'm Progressive, NOT a Bernie supporter. He happened to lead that movement until he didn't.

Since I have no preference for either candidate, I couldn't care less which one won. My sole concern is Progressive getting into down ballot races, winning and affecting policies from there.

Biden compromising to a right wing senate only lessens the impact of far right policies. It changes nothing for the working class, which is what I want.

Even Sanders would understand that view.

I'll not be celebrating any time yet. Not until all the votes are counted. I've merely been repeating the way votes tend to be counted in certain states as every podcast I've listened to for the last month said what would likely happen. Not everyone has done that or had the time to listen, so I've just been trying to pass that along.

There will be a recount in Wisconsin and they might count the ballot boxes President Putin has sent over this time...

It does, but it didn't address the wider issue that I pointed out. Not so much about your history with Bigga but about how dissent from the mainstream opinion is attempting to be silenced (for lack of a better term) for rationale that are not applied to others.

If nothing else, you can see how people who talk about how Trump is bad all day calling for Bigga to stop saying Biden is bad because they've heard it, is hypocritical and selective? If absolutely nothing else, you can presumably acknowledge that there is a hypocrisy there.

Bigga is right of course, Biden is a corporate Democrat and all that entails, from a left wing perspective he has nothing to offer. Where Bigga gets brickbats is his refusal to acknowledge that Biden is, at the very least, not Trump, and that very least is actually a lot.

The reality of this election is that even if Biden wins, Trump won't be far behind him in the popular vote, which tells me that a very large slice of the American public are not particularly hungry for progressive politics, and why do I say that? Because millions of them are turning their noses up at the weak sauce tinkering Biden is offering

That is simply the reality.

it's not something that makes Bigga happy, in truth it doesn't lighten my day either, but where it gets irritating is that most posters in here acknowledge this, while he keeps howling at the moon for a politics, which no matter how appealing, has too few buyers.

Yep, I’m going to be gutted not seeing him making a twat out of himself everyday. No sarcasm here, I genuinely do think he’s funny. I don’t take politics seriously as who ever is in charge of the world won’t make a difference to me. A couple of weeks ago Trump came out of hospital he made two of the funniest videos you’ll ever see from the president of the United States.

Trump might be vaguely amusing if he didn't have his finger on easily the world's biggest nuclear arsenal. Either he's an adroit politician who is highly skilled at seeming to be out of control — this argument was put forward to me by a friend recently (he made the not implausible point that his supporters lap that up) — or he is genuinely out of control at various moments. I find neither prospect reassuring.
