Does the silky stuff but no real game changing moments yet. Hopefully he will start to make more of an impact.

He’s done well since he arrived but will take time to adapt. Had reservations about starting him at Molineux, as I suspected that the crowd would bay his every touch.
The crowd clearly gave him grief and rightly so but I thought he handled it well, it never seem to get to him.

Nunes wasn't the worst midfielder yesterday, in fact of the 3 he was much better than foden and kovacic despite the shit he was getting, taking him off sent the wrong message unless he asked to be subbed and if so then he needs to find the fighting, winning. fuck em attiitude thn makes you battle for every ball

He's a decent enough athlete and then I'm not really sure what else he's good at.

I feel like he'll be a really good squad player and he's not bad by any means but i said in the summer that he's completely unremarkable and I stand by that for now. Hopefully he'll prove me wrong but he simply doesn't come close to the level of centre mid that we've become accustomed to.

Having said that, it was a really bizarre idea to take him off at half time. He wasn't playing badly and I feel like it was a bit of an unnecessary statement to make, even if the reason given was tactical.

I think he played better than the rest of our midfield in the first half, unfit players like Kovacic and Ake should be subbed earlier instead.

Created our best chance of the game had it not been for brilliant Dawson defending.

He’ll be fine. First few weeks in a new team and being relied on because of injuries rather than the usual bedding in new signings would usually get.

Been at the club a month, in a team that is missing a ridiculous level of quality
Doesn't this mean he is average and needs carrying by other quality players? It's not that with our injuries we are midtable side. There is quality, more than others so this point doesn't hold .

Weird one yesterday, he didn’t have an atrocious first half IMO (a bit loose with retaining the ball but not unlike a few others) so at the time I assumed he was taken off because the booing was a) either getting to him and affecting his play or b) successfully spurring on Wolves.

A half time sub is a bit of a statement though so hopefully it won’t knock his confidence while he’s still learning to slot into the team. Overall think he was a victim of Pep’s less than ideal decision making yesterday.

I'll maintain that it was the worst substitution of Pep's time with us. He was far far better than Kovacic, who was having a stinker. It will be a tough one to get over for his confidence. And to put Bobb on in that situation was harsh on him too.
