It would be hilarious after a few seasons Pep has to take back his take back of Nunes being one of the best players in the world. Obviously a long way to go but he has everything needed.

Phillips seems hopeless I would like to see Nunes try. He’s a similar physical profile to Rodri and can ride the challenges a bit and distribute I think we’d look better

Looks very very good. Seems to have the 3rd man run ability and Kev’s knack of running in the channel. Will be excellent for us. Fancy him plodding along, impressing us greatly then all of a sudden the world will be considering him the best in his position. Also Rodri. A real midfielder, he has everything.

Excellent when he came on last night. Don’t think he could play as the single pivot but expect he’ll play in a double pivot with Kovacic on Saturday. Unless Bernardo is fit in which case I think he’ll play as an 8. Looks every bit a city player.

Thought Kovacic and Foden were worse, Nunes wasn't brilliant but he kept getting fouled by Wolves, was surprised when he came off.

Kovacic has been hyped up in this forum, and Chelsea fans were happy to let him go. Press resistant and good at carrying the ball but no end product.

I don’t want to believe that the boos might have been a factor in him having to come off as that would suggest things to me about him that I don’t like. So maybe an injury or tactical decision?
