31 | Ederson - 2024/25

His keeping for the first attempt in that sequence was very poor. He was unfortunate for the actual goal.
I agree with this. The effort before the goal he should be pushing the ball out wide. he got away with that though, there was chances to clear thr ball and chances to defend the attack after that and before the actual goal.

It hit him he didn’t save it.
It didnt just hit him, there's a distinct movement towarss the ball from him. keepers position themselves as best they can to get in the way one way or another. it was a good effort to save it and unfortunate it just crept over the line. no keeper on the planet would ever be expected to keep that out.

Saw his arse when Ortega did well last season, pushed for a move he didn’t get and now looks like he couldn’t give less of a fuck.

Such a shame considering how great he’s been for us but the guy is second on my fuck off list now after our “Captain”.
Honestly when the bid came in, I felt like we should have accepted it, that move itself would have been the start of our rebuild. Sometimes you need a move so significant to shake you up to the fact that a rebuild is needed. If we had let Eddie, Kyle and Bernie leave, then the transfer guys would have been shaken from their comfort zone. Right now it just seems like our transfer department are too comfortable and don't want to go out there to do the type of scouting we did that got us the likes of these three in their prime.

Getting offered 400k a week to go into semi retirement is a no brainer even for a millionaire who has won the lot.

This kid is from the favela, imagine what that sort of money can do for his family's and all his mates.

The guy wanted to go and should have been allowed to go, once his head was turned he was done with us, the same with Walker and a move to Bayern.

That meal was the biggest sushi related mistake since Homer ate that blowfish in the simpsons.

And IF the Saudi's offered 100m for KDB, he has to go, however good he's been, however much of a legend he is.

100M for a 33 yr old that missed 1/2 a season with injury and was in decline and is on 350k a week is the stuff that Directors of Football should be having wet dreams over.

Exactly. There's a reason the Spanish rags flogged Penaldo off despite the 5 UCL wins. They saw the decline and got almost 90m from his sale. We should be looking for those type of deals for our exceptional yet ageing players
