Players like Bernardo and David Silva before him are at the level they are at because you know you are getting a 7 out of 10 pretty much the majority of the time. Yes, you they can have a bad game every now and again but there is consistency over a season.
I just feel with Phil, it's always a good run of 4 matches, poor for 3, great for 5, then poor for 2 etc etc... That's Europa League level consistency, not elite CL player, which is where he should be with his ability.
