But that wasn't your argument. He's clearly suffering for form, but he's been world class for 3 seasons, one of our more dangerous players before that , and one of our more productive players for much of this season.

No-one will argue he's had a poor second half to this season. It's the suggestion that his recent form proves he was just punching above his weight for the last few years is the part I find absurd.

If you look at his time overall he has had more poor or average seasons than world class ones.

Based on his last 4 seasons you probably cannot make a definite conclusion either way what hhis normal level is. I just can’t believe how poor he is at the basics like I said before. Anyone at this level should not be as bad he has been in his overall performances to the point you cringe watching him fail to control an easy ball or complete an easy pass.
He certainly is not worth what he thinks he is to warrant being one of the best paid players in the league, nowhere close.

This tournament has come at the perfect time for Raz. He needed to get away from City and Pep for a bit and enjoy himself again. He didn't look like he was playing under any pressure today and that's a credit to Southgate for trusting him. Something's definitely happened behind the scenes either at City or in his private life but I'm very happy for him today and whatever happens at City in the future he's still been a great player for us.

What part is hard to conclude on world-class over the last 4 seasons and I am only using goals because I am too lazy to go and find the full assist stat but we know that it is high as well.

World-class strikers would be proud of those figures.

Are you talking about all those poor and average seasons he had when he was 21 and under. How poor must he have been to get a £50m transfer at the age of 20? At the start of the Centurions season - the real next level season with City, he was 22.

Someone was talking up Grealish (who I think is a great player) up above. When he turned 21 he had a grand total of 1 (one) senior goal.
