The stats don't mean THAT much, I personally used to love johnson he was quick, exciting and he's the first person I wanted on the ball. Today, he had none of that and no drive to get past the left back and run on to the ball. Clichy looked more dangerous and just needed the balls played to him a few more times. His two chances have been against Swansea and Wigan, two shit defences, and with the type of player he is I would expect him to do more than just take on a player 3/3 times. yeah, I agree, I just think he tries too much or picks the wrong option which breaks up moves.
Early days but I see him as a bench/play when we need to rest the stars player.

He was very predictable today. There was one chance where he could have hit Aguero in the middle of the field, who had space. Instead he once again played a ball near the touchline. He already did this several times already in more appropriate situations.
His whole game just feels rehearsed. He's going to have to make better decisions and be less predictable.

Also this season Wigan and Swans have had tight defences apart from when they play us. Guessing you have your opinion on AJ and you won't change that, I bet you were a Dzeko hater last season when his game was good but wasn't scoring goals

Would he be happy with this? Rumours were that he was moving this summer. Obviously they didn't come true.
Is he like Lescott where he needs a run of 5/6 games to get his form?
If he is only used as a back up player then how long do you think he would stay? I think the lad wants to play regardless of money. Couldn't see him at a Wigan, Fulham or a Bolton.
