AJ is not worth 15 mil if we sell for 10 we make a profit and get rid of a lazy moody git - win win

Sunderland bid 14m for Fletcher yet we are letting Johnno go for 10m!

FFS.

Being owned by the sheikh has its disadvantages sometimes.

Anyway, good luck to the lad. Scored some crackers whilst he was here but just doesnt fit or team and can't adapt to fit it.

Be very disappointed to see him go, and disappointed in him that he's seemingly happy to take a big drop down the football ladder. he wont learn anything playing every week for a mid-table team. If he was any good, he'd apply himself at City. he had plenty of chances at City last season

If we're using that logic, assuming steven fletcher is somehow worth 16mill. Well then AJ is worth atleast 30. Always liked the lad butwe can't blame him for wanting to play every week. Good luck mate.

Its a shame to think back to his first season here. He was exceptional, beat his man every time and provided heaps of goals and assists. He is still more than capable of reaching that level again, but he needs his confidence back. Playing each week infront of fans that adore him will go some of the way im sure, all the best AJ lad.

I really appreciate AJ... he is a great winger and a perfect impact sub for us... especially when we need someone who can swing it around for us... made some cracking goals and assists during his time with us... but he will never be a regular starting player for us... as many already has said he goes missing to much then and a bit too weak in defence... cant see him being better starting player than Seb Larsson on the right wing but he might nail the left wing for Sunderland...

I will miss him and still wish him good luck when he moves on!

He was one of my favourite City players after he joined, like our version of what Oxlade-Chamberlain is for Arsenal now. Young, hungry, full of tricks and ideas.

These days he plays like he's been on a bender and is stoned, complete lack of desire and workrate. Almost seems a different person to the one we signed and a move is good for all parties I think. Can see him slipping into mid/lower-table mediocrity, just another 'decent' winger.
