If we are, I imagine there'd be a loan fee to cover the difference. £3 million was the figure being banded about for the loan fee and half his wage is £75,000 a week supposedly - so £3 million covers 40 weeks of that.

Then Spurs wage structure is still technically intact, and we aren't out of pocket.

yeah pretty much from what I can tell, a striker with a footballing brain and a bit of ability! we've got 3 shit strikers so if he can be as good as his ability allows it'll be great

I can't see Sneijder being loaned out, can you remember a player in his prime who was valued at £30m-£40m being sent out on a season-long loan? I think we'll probably be looking at someone for the Vieira-role, not just position-wise but also in terms of experience, I think we'll be after a 'veteran'.
