That's 3 forwards plus KDB, and 2 Silvas who could play as a 2nd forward.

I don't mind City signing another centre back and letting Kolarov go but I doubt that will happen as I think he'll be cover for one more season

I don't think anyone is saying they wouldn't want to get both a centre back and Sanchez. just some people are worried that it is looking increasingly like we will get Sanchez and not bother with a centre back. Bernardo will definitely be an option for the front three even if he has mainly been bought as an option for midfield. So we have Aguero, Jesus, Sterling, Sane and Bernardo as options for the attack. That's five very good players. In terms of central defence we currently have one very good player.

Two of those 3 midfielders will be playing in midfield though, making do with a midfielder shouldn't need to happen just so we can have a squad with 5 centre backs and I'm pretty sure it won't happen, if we can't sell a centre back we will not buy one until next summer when we can move Kolarov out.

Imo we only have one centre back.

The Silva and KDB are probably better off if midfield but they could do a top quality job as second forwards.

My point is that if you take one forward out of City's team, or even two, we still could field a top quality forward line. If you take Kompany out then we can't field a reliable defensive central defensive pair. I like Stones. I think he will develop alongside Kompany, but he needs a good solid season at City before he develops the confidence. he doesn't have the authority at the moment. Only Kompany does.
 
I'm not seeing centre half as a priority,I see converting more of the 30 chances a game we were creating. Just my opinion
 
Oh Sanchez is an absolute must. If we converted all chances we created last season, we'd probably have won the league. We do need 20+ goal player.
 
Sergio ten times the player of Sanchez! I don't want him at our club and he's to old for me to bring in now. Rejected us in the past so he can do 1.. I don't like the way he moans all the time. Little cry baby he is if u ask me. Get some young fresh hungry talent for a cheaper price!

Of course Sergio is the far better player he's the best in the league and would have likely top the golden boot if not for missing games. But it's also been two years with Aguero without us wining the league. its obvious we need to take our chances. Sanchez mixes things up top and dragged arsenal many times last year. 10 times MOTM for them and his build up to goals were silky. Silky player. Aguero can find the goal with his eyes closed and has the ball glued to his feet almost as good as Tevez. horses for courses.

Sanchez was the difference between us and Arsenal reaching the FA cup final. He's a match winner.

Edit: and Aguero is too but why not have 2 in the side!

Don't know where to even start with that...

I agree Sergio is better.. just slightly... ten times better!!??
Too old... He's actually 6 months younger than Sergio
Moans all the time... The only time I've seen him moan is at his Arsenal team mates because they only put in half the effort he did last season
Cry Baby.. He was the only Arsenal player that didn't sulk and hide last season
Fresh hungry cheaper talent... Like Mbappe for £100m??
