We haven't had any top players choosing Liverpool over us. We've had a delusional player think he can play midfield at Liverpool because we wouldn't offer it to him.

I'm not sure his decision was based solely on the position he was playing. What about the Monaco player today - he clearly chose Liverpool - this could have been all about the Champions league but I suspect he may have seen the game last weekend too
