Altercation at Terminal 2

The original attack was horrific.
The one thing that is now of primary relevance re the kick to the head is how the officer perceived his situation and possible vulnerability. That's the main thing, I guess, that will be focused on.

I’d agree with that but add if those officers have gone through normal training, I hope the police question themselves if that training is good enough. That situation could have ended up far far worse than it did.
Could you train for an attack of that severity, I don't know train all you want but when it happens like that in real life the little policewoman had some guts getting up from a punch that would have took most blokes out but basically he was left two on one.

Watch the video he is the officer who is grounded by the scrote, he’s in possession of a machine gun, a weapon that he has to under any circumstances protect, he manages to get back up and kicks him in the head, he’s lucky the officer didn’t shoot him
on the flip side could you imagine if that gun had got dropped and the scrote had got it, that guy was off his head and could have sprayed all those coppers

the guy on the floor took 4 cops out, he's not going to let him recover so he could have another go. Pretty much anyone would do the same thing in the situation

Chaotic violent scenes create chaotic actions no matter how much training you can give a person when it’s real it’s real you can never practice that feeling inside you when violence happens. The offices actions are clearly justified, anyone who thinks otherwise has never ever been involved in a situation like that it’s as simple as that.

Agree with that once the fighting started, was more thinking the way they approached them in the first place in that second vid, particularly if they were already considered dangerous.

No I'm not fucking wrong. Whatever the provocation, which was severe, I expect an officer of the law to behave to a certain standard.
Colin , you’re great at financial stuff, but in this I instance you are totally wrong.the scrote has already grounded the armed officer. He is in possession of a machine gun. He has to protect that weapon at all costs, he manages to get to his feet, he as to subdue the man on the ground who could jump up and grab the gun off him. He’s lucky he didn’t shoot him

Well that's fine by me as I don't want to stand with a group of racists or apologists for unnecessary violence by an officer of the law.

I'm a law-abiding citizen and I expect those paid to uphold the law to also be law abiding. But there's barely a day goes by when we don't read about a copper being on the wrong side of the law. There are too many thugs in police uniform.
Who the hell would sign up to be a copper in the world we live in… they’re damned if they do and damned if they don’t..

You can’t condone the kick in isolation but I haven’t seen anything about this additional video in the MSM which makes the whole situation less clear cut than I though it was…

The police (I imagine) work to a “rule of minimum force” like I did when I was in the military but I’ve been in situations myself in the past where the general brief was to “take your chances early” meaning go with your gut instead of regretting doing nothing later..

After seeing the video at the start of this thread then it becomes clear that this is far from a case of police brutality … the policeman in question will probably lose his livelihood for something that was adrenaline fuelled…

I wouldn’t do the job for a gold watch

I've watched it mate thought in the circumstances the officer did well not to do more to ensure he was no longer a threat. The disappointing bit is so many bystanders not one pitched in to give the copper a lift.
