just read six pages and no one has asked so i will.

1/ how did they get OUTSIDE at HT?

2/ how did they get back in?

you can smoke outside the stadium so why all the fuss?

Do they mean outside the main part of the stadium - off the concourse. There's a bit between the stadium and the toilets that is open but secured by railings.

-- Mon Feb 06, 2012 9:00 pm --

This is what I need to clarify, she's adamant that it was outside, tbh I'll just explain it wasn't us and see how we go, failing all that the person involved has offered to pay for all the tickets to get us in the matches we are due to miss.

Aren't you banned though? I know it's unfair but if you go in and get caught you'll probably be excluded for the rest of the season.

yeah i know that, thats where i go for a ci........ cough, piss

as you walk in there is a picture of a man and a sign saying mens bogs and when you get in its full of men with a big fuck off sign saying No Smoking!

surely they are not that daft

There's a post earlier on in the thread suggesting that those who oppose smoking should use an alternative toilet block. Can anyone propose what non-smokers are supposed to do at away matches because we have the same problem there yet only usually one toilet block.

Phone up and say you have just realised you have lost your season ticket and you have just realised becuase you couldn't make the game on saturday anyway...or is that too obvious that you are lying?

I think you have to give your, and any guests that you have brought in, name and address and/or seasoncard to a steward if he asks for it - its one of those 'by entering the stadium you agree to' things - not going through all the T&Cs again but I'm sure it does.

I see where your coming from but i think if you refuse they can withdraw your invitation onto the premises and escort you off, but if the do work out who you are your fucked.

Are you backhandedly taking the side of the smokers? What they're doing is ignorant. Deeply, deeply ignorant and I personally can't wait for the first season long bans to be instigated for those who are caught 3 times.

SWPB is a smoker. I am not though. No, if there's only one toilet at an away game and nowhere else to go then smokers should refrain from smoking. Most of the time there's an easy solution where everyone can do their own thing. Some people seem to want to find the hard solution, and not say, walk for an additional minute to go to another toilet for the sake of having a go at smokers on here which probably takes up many more hours of their day.

That's the thing my card is banned not me, they haven't a clue what I look like and I'll be on paper tickets so they would have no idea who I am. If they are going to banthe person surely it should be the one caught smoking, otherwise they are free to carry on.
