I've got no love for the Fail, but if you take away the obvious attempts to shit stir, click bait, they do have a point.
I was sat in level 2 of the South stand yesterday and there were 100's of empty seats at the start of the match, especially in the North stand. Even after a large percentage of those seats filled up later on in the 1st half, there were still plenty of empty seats left scattered around the stadium.
The match was 1st V 2nd, regardless if it was Leceister. It was the top of the table clash. And on the OS seat planner all the blocks were greyed out, indicating sold out, which clearly wasn't the case. So what is going on? Why where there plenty of unsold seats left for this match(and others), when other City fans who can't get tickets want them?(we usually fill the away 3rd tier if the away club don't take their full allocation) What are the club up to? They know which seats aren't being used on a regular basis by City fans/season ticket holders who don't turn up on a regular basis and cherry pick matches, if that is happening? So why don't the club do something about it? If that isn't happening and seats aren't being sold because their isn't demand, why are they indicating sold out on the OS seat planner and on the ticket page?
It really is about time City looked at how they sell tickets, so the stadium is full on a match day.
