Are expections too high for next season?

I reckon if we haven't won a trophy by Christmas we should be looking to replace the manager.

I'm just wondering now, how many senior players will feasibly be available. Apart from Nasri, Willy, Clichy & maybe Bony, I'm struggling.

Navas? I suppose Iheanacho would be considered to be a senior player now. Does Fernando get in the Brazil squad? I don't think Delph will make the Euros. Its definitely bare bones.

It'd be nice to beat a top six side.
Maybe a better, more solid defence.
Not to be totally overrun in midfield against any team that can be arsed.
That's all I expect from his first season, just signs that we're improving rather than getting worse.

Ihenacho will be at the Olympics.

The good news about our players being away on international duty will be Pep can have a good look at the youngsters.

Yep keep the excuses coming.

Why are you calling me a liar ?

This subject has been discussed on here for a long time. Are you so stupid that you.don't actually realise that there are international competitions in the summer which may mean a lot of our squad isn't available ? Or are you pretending that doesn't matter & that perhaps Pep can coach them by telephone ?

On second thoughts don't bother answering as it doesn't matter either way.

That's not an unfair point about the euros but city aren't the only top side to have players at the euros so the possible disadvantage of having players starting pre season training fully match fit is the same for all the top sides in England.

As I said, if he doesn't win the league handily he has failed.

So basically you think it's dead easy to learn to play like Bayern Munich with a couple of weeks training & that the other teams such ss Chelsea won't improve ?

Ok.
