Tottenham fans acted without any class, threw coins at him and insulted him as he probably was in quite a lot of pain. He gave them a little bit of banter back and they acted like thugs. If people want to know why we cannot have safe standing or drinks in the stands is, because we don't seem to be able to control ourselves. Act like children and we will get treated as such.

Exactly

Correct. I cannot seriously believe anyone thinks he should be banned for this, injury or not. He was smirking for for goodness sake. Those Spurs fans must look at the footage and think what complete cocks they looked. I actually feel sorry for him with Brazil coming up as well. Hope he makes it back before the end of the season.

He won't get banned for it at all. If he didn't make gestures it wouldn't have happened. It's not the first time coins have been thrown in a derby due to players winding up the fans. Not saying it's right but you just know it will happen

So Arsenal may be forced to spend this January. That'll be another couple of hundred on the price of next years season tickets then.

And in exchange they get a 19-year-old Ligue 2 striker

Same old Arsenal

Would you prefer they lash out on a big name and big money signing?

It's so so wrong, but I laughed at this.

Yes, it's so wrong.

I feel really sorry for the lad. He seems a nice bloke and missing out on the world cup like this must be soul destroying. You'd have to be a sick bastard to laugh about this, so I assume it was a very momentary lapse on your part.

And apart from anything else, I want us to win the league due to our superior performance, not the bad luck of our opponents.

I laughed, not because he's injured, but because it was in reply to this:

I've got a decent pain tolerance but was rolling around for a bit with the ACL injury. I much prefered breaking my leg and wrist. With him being a wanker like Wilshere I don't have too much sympathy. He doesn't exactly set England alight either

Why is he a wanker?

On a par with Wilshere? Get to fuck, Walcott is a decent player and a likeable one too, you being a pussy because after getting dogs abuse as he lay injured, he mimicked the scoreline to the poor spuds fans? If that's the case fucking grow a pair of bollocks you fairy.

Is there more to it?

Personally I'd prefer them going bankrupt before disappearing up their own arsehole.

He plays for Arsenal so he's a wanker to me. Wilshere is just the biggest wanker of them all

That's a fair point and well made.

I'm perplexed at there being so much anti Arsenal stuff on here.

How so? I have never really experienced any animosity between the 2 sides.

Curious?

I've already explained to you why I don't like them, but you didn't want to listen. The animosity displayed towards Arsenal on this forum, pales in comparison to the animosity shown towards City on any Arsenal forum.

Arsenal fans hatred towards us after getting new owners.

Their sense of entitlement.

I'm not aware of that

Arsenal haven't won a trophy since 2005.

What sense of entitlement would you be referring to?

I've yet to see anyone on here refer to Arsenal as "diseased cunts"

Jesus, are you serious?

Is such a bollock crap site meant not only to be taken seriously but regarded also as somehow representative of arsenal fans?

You cannot be serious , man

Look,

For the avoidance of doubt there is no great animosity generally speaking felt by Arsenal fans to City fans.

None. If you win the title as one might expect, there'd be little reaction.

Arsenal fans hate in order of relevance and proportion the following

Spurs Of a factor 1000

Man Yoo factor 100

Chelsea X factor 10

No one else. City doesn't register, unless of course, you move to Edgware Road W1, when things might become a bit more heated.

Friends of friends on facebook and other mediums, that are gooners are CONSTANTLY harping on about us having no place at footballs top table due to the way we have done things, conveniently forgetting how your lot did it in the past albeit on a smaller scale.

We are a product of your own making (along with yoonited, Liverpool, and going back more, Everton and spuds) but your fans despise us for not doing it 'the right way, growing organically, forgetting the fact that without finances to back it up, every single decent player any other team has, gets cherry picked by clubs with more cash, rendering it practically impossible to compete without outside help.

So, even though nearly every gooner I personally know is fine, the stuff I read makes me want to tell every Arsenal I meet, that spouts the same old regurgitated drivel, to fuck off.

-- Tue Jan 07, 2014 1:33 am --

They seem to think they deserve success more than us.

That's what I am talking about.
