Thank you, sounds very positive, both making a good contribution and showing a greater level of class by the sounds of the majority of comments.

Not all are entirely happy though and i had to laugh at this comment......

'Razak had some good touches in first half and a good shot well saved. Hard to tell on a bumpy pitch. Faded in second half and did not track back quick enough'

Razak MOTM today against Ipswich. Received a standing ovation when he was substituted.

These are highlights from Razak's debut:
Skip to 0:10 and then 0:32

Re: Assulin and Razak gone to Brighton on loan

More on Razak from that Brighton forum after today's game:

He's 19, and he's already THAT good. I mean we all love JFC, but holy shitting HELL that Razak is a cuffing MONSTER in midfield. I was not impressed - I was blown away.

That lad is a nailed on Prem star and future International. If he is not playing regular top flight football within a year, I will eat my own face.

Wow wow and WOW.

This kid is going to be one HELL of a player.

Unbelievable player - the sheer composure on the ball, the vision of where his team mates are, the positioning

Some of his cross field balls were the best passes seen at the Amex thus far.

At one point, he fell over, seemingly losing control of the ball, but got up , kept hold of it under severe pressure, beat about 3 or 4 players, and then pinged a perfect pass out to the left wing.
In general, he was just impossible to get the ball off. His passing was unbelievable. Incredible performance.

My god, what a midfield performance today?! The boy has everything:- distribution, power, good (both) feet, power, creativity, postional sense!

Seems they like.

Re: Assulin and Razak gone to Brighton on loan

Oops, johnny on the spot posted while I was copy-pasting too. Anyway, a couple more quotes from that Brighton board about Razak:

Razzak could be a real difference maker for us, technically we are as good as anyone in the league with our passing and movement but we have lacked a real physical presence in midfield and he gives us that.

He is very much a modern day central midfield not only possessing all the physical attributes to make it in the top flight but the touch, vision and technique to go with it. I can't think of a more memorable debut since Freeman's hatrick against Mansfield.

(Ratings: ) Razak 9 - what to say, the black Hoddle? Brilliant - prem class, although tired in the second half

... and to Armaan below, Assulin's only been used as a sub so far, coming on pretty late in the two games.

Re: Assulin and Razak gone to Brighton on loan

even when Razak played for our first team he didn't look overwhelmed. Gonna be a top player. Prem League loan next season hopefully, especially if Pizarro comes back for another season.
