Might be a midfield three of Lewis, Kovacic, and Phillip's. What a scary prospect

Hopefully Stones in for Phillips. It's still not great but it might force us to play a little more passively which surely would make us more sound defensively.

Won’t be popular and won’t happen but I’d play Phillips. If Stones is fit I’d go stones and Phillips in CM.

I’d have Silva Foden Kovacic and Haaland

Nope not a hope in hell, we still have our defeats to Liverpool and Spurs away to fit in

Without Rodri they'll unfortunately cut through/break on us with ease.

Club really fucked up with the Phillips transfer and then not getting a player this summer.

Why do we need to put in a 12 game winning run? The team that has the most points after 38 games will be champions. I believe that will be City

Too early to judge Kovacic and Nunes. I think both will come good, especially in the last 2-3 months of the season.

Chances are we won't need 8 wins in a row to win the title, let alone 12. We'll have to be more consistent. 40 pts in the 1st half of the season and 45-46 pts in the 2nd half are likely to be enough. Both Arsenal and Liverpool will drop plenty of points, imo.

You must have thought the same about most of our other signings. They’ve barely played, so I’m not sure how you’ve come to that conclusion already
