If you thought that was good for a champions league quarter final against Real Madrid then fair play: It was fucking shite but modern football. I was 3rd Tier if the East Stand near the Madrid fans. Almost as many Madrid fans as blues in the pissers at half time so obviously that didn’t help.

Think yourself lucky, the two behind me were jabbering away in whatever language they spoke (not Spanish I don’t think but they were Madrid fans) at a decibel level similar to Coronation Street’s Fred Elliott. Then they kicked over their full cups of coke all over my leg and foot.

Tempted to knock this on the head next year.

Oh I nearly forgot, the one directly behind me kept putting his foot so far forward when I tried to put my seat down it kept jamming against his shoes. Happened about 20 times during the game.

South stand level 1 and it was rocking.
 
Does anyone know what the song is called that is played as the team is read out?
 
Who decides the choice of songs on thee PA system? Don't think Hey Jude was the best choice to encourage the team going in to extra time.

Lots of irate blues around me but she chose to come in my face & threaten me to keep quiet or I’d be removed, then got her minions to escort me out. To be fair the Madrid fans near us were removed when pointed out , lucky for them they were , dangerous policy by the club allowing thus to happen again
 
It was great in 317, SSL3 was great all night.

The tourists and 'neutrals' are going to end up killing these occasions though. Every big game we have the numbers of them is fucking ridiculous.

If the club care about the future, getting proper blues in, they need to have a re-think about how they distribute tickets. If they don't then we're fucked.
 
How are they getting these tickets?

The stewards said if they jump up again they’ll get chucked out, my lad stayed, said they did fuck all and loads of city kicking off celebrating in front of them when de Bruyne scored. The club aren’t arsed, it’s what they want. Half and half scarves everywhere, shambles.
