He’s not better than Stones, at bringing the ball out or defending, not disputing the fact that he’s top class and would start for basically any other side in EuropeIs he though? Laporte is still a great defender and would be 1st on most teamsheets of the top clubs in Europe and only kept out because of the form of our alternatives. I'd say 30-40 million would be fair if we do sell him but wouldn't be disappointed if he stayed and fought for his place.

Agree with that and apologise, misunderstood your post. He’s not better than Stones, at bringing the ball out or defending, not disputing the fact that he’s top class and would start for basically any other side in Europe
I read this on some shitty news feed that seems to have added itself to my Phone updates This clown also reckons that Juve who have an interest in Laporte reckon they could get him for a lower fee than the one suggestedAccording to an Italian sports journal, Pep is willing to let Laporte go for only £25.6 m (Euro 33m), which is bloody insulting.
Gvardiol very quickly negates any issue that selling Laporte may or may not bring. Now it seems that Chelsea may offer £30 million for Laporte. Why not strengthen all our rivals to make retaining the league title harder?
The signing of Gvardiol is the only thing holding up Laportes departure I would think - just my viewGvardiol very quickly negates any issue that selling Laporte may or may not bring.
Laporte needs to go first and he will this week j thinkThe signing of Gvardiol is the only thing holding up Laportes departure I would think - just my view

Too bad, well I heard Mcguire is available perhaps they should put in a bid. I'm sure they can afford himJuventarse saying they can’t afford him, is that a precursor to offering a pound a week.
In what world does someone pay £25m for Maguire?Today's Maguire probably goes for 25m also. As someone said in another thread we got kovacic for 25/30 . So it's not that bad for a guy who wants out and we have barely used him for a season .
Unless it's to refereesJuve will probably go for the loan option with obligation to buy as they don't like paying large sums of wedge up front. That in itself is problematic for City due to Laportes' age hence the low price he's being touted for possibly?

Surprised he’s not going to Sunderland, they have a bit of history for purchasing washed up ragsIn what world does someone pay £25m for Maguire?
