Reckon Balotelli meant it but there's still that element of doubt..

Either way whatever the FA do will be seen as controversial. A no win situation for them really.

Hopefully it will go unpunished. It should too there has to be 100% certainty as far as I'm concerned.
Watch this and there's nothing in it. Hysterical over reaction. Thanks Harry!

That angle actually makes it worse as it becomes totally conclusive that he could have put his foot straight down if he wanted to balance himself. The other angle is more dramatic, but you can't actually tell is he was genuinley trying to catch Parker or steady himself. In this version you can clearly see that he moves his foot away from the ground, so he intention wasn't to steady himself but catch Parker. It first glance it does seem as if your clip shows there was nothing in it, but on closer inspection it actually pretty muich condems Mario.

absolute bullshit talk

Re: Balotelli Stamp V Spurs

Complete crap,Balo was put off balance by "Scotty Parker"' (TM)s challenge. At no point was he looking at Parker but when he has done a 360 he see's that the ball is still in play and sticks his leg out behind him to get his balance and play it, the fact that Parker could not be arsed getting up by then does not make it a deliberate stamp.

If Mario had wanted to stamp on him he would have had his angry face on and Parker would not have got up, certainly not without blood pouring from his face, Mario does not do half measures!

I thought the comments by Neville and Souness (particularly you, you dirty jock twat) were disgraceful.

Also it amazes me that so many blues are falling for the ex rags unnatural movement crap (This only applies if you think it was a blatant foul {which it was, and went unpunished} and that Mario was not good enough to try and get himself under control afterwards. When you have been twatted from behind like Mario was and you are not a diving **** (like nani) or you think you are through on goal you will pretty much do anything to keep on your feet and play the ball regardless of whose head is in the way, there is nothing unnatural at this point, just guy trying to stay on his feet the best way he can.

Re: Balotelli Stamp V Spurs

Nice objective reporting by Jeremy Cross at the Daily Star.

The visitors were left fuming at the final whistle because Balotelli should NOT have been on the pitch to deliver the killer blow from the penalty spot after Ledley King had tripped him in stoppage-time.

The controversial Italian somehow escaped a red card in the 84th minute when referee Howard Webb failed to spot his deliberate kick to the face of Scott Parker.

The FA are certain to catch up with Balotelli this week when video footage of the incident is studied, but this will be of no consolation to Redknapp, whose side are now eight points adrift of Roberto Mancini’s men at the top of the table.
