Balotelli alleged "stamp" V Spurs

Re: Balotelli Stamp V Spurs

From where we were sat it looked like an accident. But having seen it a few times on TV, does look abit dubious. Obviously the tumble after was reasonably well acted.

He was getting digs as soon as he came on, people are finding it easy to get him to react and it seems to be a ploy.

Lets hope he gets away with this but he is going to have to get used constant intimidation.

Re: Balotelli Stamp V Spurs

The fact that Demor Gallagher doesn't think they will ban him both surprised and pleased me though Sky have yet to replay that interview which is a shock.

Bits of D G interview Just been on again about 5 min ago!!!

Re: Balotelli Stamp V Spurs

Showing it in slow motion and at any angle you want can make any tackle, or accident look bad. If it was that obvious why didn't the ref send him off, even the players had nothing to say and Modric was less than a meter away from this incident. Also looked to apologise and see how he was after, all signs that he didn't mean too. But it is Balotelli, and that is why i am unsure, not too sure he has done it before like twittcher made out but.

Re: Balotelli Stamp V Spurs

was it a defo stamp? i'm going with giving him the benefit of the doubt.

if it was it was really nasty. oops!

So many armature psychologists and armature referees on this forum, whom assume to know what goes on in Mario’s head, and know for sure that the movement of his right foot was unnatural.
even though he was tripped by Parker being behind him and pushed by Modrick , all whilst being off the ground spinning in the air and looking for balance.
If professional footballers and retired referees can give him the benefit of the doubt then why can’t our own fans ....
Good post, sums up my feelings, at the game virtually nobody saw it, its only TV, slowed down, shown 1000 times that makes it look anything else. A referee a few yards away did nothing.
The problem is if you see a replay the ref isnt even looking

Re: Balotelli Stamp V Spurs

Whether he did mean it or not is irrelevant, he'll get a ban on reputation alone. Thats the problem for me with Mario, you couldn't put something like that past him.

Liked him as a player but i am disgusted that he is on SSN talking about the Scott Parker thing..

I was at a wedding in Sheffield mide 80s and he was there - trust me he is no Blue at all.Hate him since that day and wish him all the bad luck he can get.

What did he do?

Yeah. Spill the beans.

Seems that the Pro Dzeko anti Mario / Pro Mario anti Dzeko thing is getting in the way of the clear fact that only one person knows for sure what they meant to do.
It does look bad in slow mo, it don’t look great in normal speed, when looking out for it.

But can anyone genuinely say that he was not trying to plant his foot as fast as possible on the ground for balance!! Or could anybody genuinely say that he was not looking to plant his foot into S/P body!
Not a chance of saying for certain, so I’m going with “ he is one of us” so ill give him the benefit until HE says different

Re: Balotelli Stamp V Spurs

Why arn't we all supporting Mario ? He stumbled, and had his back to Parker when he supposedly stamped on him. Parker shouldn't even have been on the pitch after his attack on Micah in the first half anyway. Because it's Mario you can expect a ban, just as you would if it was Barton. Anyone like 'saint scotty parker' would get away with it. If it was Scholes by the way, all these so-called experts would be saying it was a typica paul scholes tackle and that would be the end of it. Double standards as usual. They will probably ban Lescott as well for good measure.
