I thought Sterling was excellent and would have brought Silva off soon into the second half and put Aguero on.

It's a shame as Barca were there for the taking a bit tonight, particularly after the injuries to their back four. It didn't feel like a 4-0 loss was deserved, but ultimately you can't make mistakes like that.

Still, I do think the signs are there that someone soon is going to get an absolute pasting off us and it will click into gear.

Indeed, whoever believes this was peps fault clearly didn't watch the game and just kept checking the score on their phones! We were the better team until the red card.

I have no problems with the tactics but the players just can't execute them. This defence is frankly shit. They just gift easy goals week after week and you can't do that at this level.

Stones was absolutely abysmal tonight.

Bravo was good until he failed to spot someone 5 yards from him.

Until we sort this out at the back then there will be more games like this. It needs attention quickly.

Not a saving grace in any way shape or form. Unless we beat Barca at home we will need to win in Germany to qualify.
