Bernard Manning in my opinon is the best comedian ever, one of his jokes when he said he went to Liverpool there are so many windows boarded up the window cleaner has a sander!!!

i dont think he would be on my christmas card list because i think he was a big headed arse, but i did find him funny

threads like this always confuse me cos people on one hand complain about the like of jokes about Jade Goody saying that shes dead and cant defend themselves then rip into some one like Bernard Manning who was a product off his time did more for charity than any off us ever do and is now dead and cant defend himself no one is ever going to agree with everyone and what one person laughs at another doesnt
saw Bernard a couple of times early eighties at the emmbasy club and admit thought he was very funny cos he knew his audiance so does that make me a racist cos i have asian friends ?

If anyone is familliar with Omid Djalili is he a racist ?, because IMO hes another no holds barrded comedian. In fact some of his stuff were he rips the shit out of muslims could of been ripped right of Bernard.

Certainly had his critcs , but i thought he was a brilliant comic .

He got himself barred from a City function once for upsettin' a directors wife .. or somethin' along those lines.

That tv show he filmed about his death was excellent.
