Didn't it kick off in a Weatherspoons last season?

Colours - you can wear them at most places as long as you're not being a mouthy prick. However beware that City fans will no doubt be singing 'Birminghams a shithole, I want to go home' so you might be a target!

Not been a good Bluemoon frightener for awhile, so I thought I'd help out!

OK ; so sods law says me and the missus just booked Weatherspoons hotel in Brum centre as a nice cheap and safe place to eat sup and kip for the night.

:-0

Ahh well,on a lighter note they do a champion breakfast with exellent dippy eggs.

Re Brum ticket sales to date;
I just purchased at tonights game and we got row 21
We have sold at 17.20pm 1524 tickets out of a possible 4000
Looking good for at least 2500 ish

Happy days ;
how much was Hotel mate? Me and my mate are looking for alternatives if we can't get a coach there and back.

Re: Birmingham Away..

Weatherspoons own hotel called THE BRIAR ROSE 25 Bennets Hill Brum centre.

Cost £49.00 per night pal and all refurbed rooms.
Nip downstairs for breakie and a pint.

Row 15.

Brum can be dodgy.....keep safe.
A very, very different awayday to Villa, especially at night. The walk back to New Street is about half an hour through Digbeth. Not bad if you've got your wits about you, but wouldn't advise it with kids or wearing colours. They have some real fucking lobotomy waiting list merchants among their support. No buses for away fans. West Midlands Police. No decent away friendly pubs. A team which plays Neanderball.
The wankest away trip in the Premier League.

Yep, a fucking hellhole full of 1980 throwbacks.

Villa fans seem decent enough, I do agree but they do have some right scummy twats amongst their support.

I dunno what's worst, Birmingham's bunch of Neanderthals or the West Midlands plod.

Re: Birmingham Away..

Never had a real issue with the police down there, though did get a bottle launched at me at villa a few years ago and they did fuck all but they had the fittest police woman in their ranks I've ever seen.

The walk back to new street can get a bit hairy but keep your wits and it will be fine
