Hmmm. Despite finishing Insanity’s first week from the second month, my body fat has increased to 14.9%. :(

Too much peanut butter in my diet, I guess.
 
Good on you mate, I’m 49 now and every time I try getting fitter I pull, strain something, yerserday imstarined my calf on the fucking warm down, it just popped. All these aches and pains I blame in football, they say sport hurts and they weren’t wrong. I know so many people who played contact sports who are suffering now, I think next time I’ll be an alcoholic I can get a liver transplant but you try getting a new back on the NHS it’s impossible.

Get a foam roller mate, had major issues with my calf’s when I started running but after getting a massage from the gym instructor she told me my calves were knotted and got me a roller, no issues at all after a few weeks.

Off to do the park run! I could be some time.

Guess you did Worsley? I did Heaton Park todayvand took 45 seconds off my PB, 22.03 now, made up today.
 
Will try that mate cheers, it went again today on the warm down, so I stopped, it just seems to go tight and then pop.
 
Another park run done this weekend. 35 mins so getting slightly faster. 23 lengths today. 16 press ups and no beer today.

Determined to get sub 20 percent body fat and maintain it.

Also started to drink more water and no bread 3 days a week. Little steps.
