A few days ago we were supposedly demanding €20m. There is no way we've suddenly said oh okay then, €7.8m will do. At very least we'd have agreed to meet in the middle.

I don't get this attitude now from our "fans" .. yeah it is not our own personal money but it is of the guy owns the club .. do you think he's happy to be making millions of pounds of losses on transfers .. NO .. they're business men first and football fans later .. If this continues we won't be buying anyone .. the management need to do there job and get back what we paid for him atleast .. if they want him so much they can pay what we demand .. not what they think. We need to start playing hardball with clubs to show were not a soft touch and if the players are not happy .. touch shit .. get fucking training harder and prove your worth ..

If we sell for 7m, it just encourages everyone to take advantage of us.
Letting shit like Bridge walk for no fee isn't a big deal since everyone knows he's overpaid shite. But letting a young player go for 65% of what we paid one year ago, we might as well paint a fucking bullseye on our asses and wait to be raped.

On a related note, I doubt we sell any of our deadwood for near nothing till the last possible minute. If we sell RSC for 3M that would just encourage all the buyers to offer near nothing. So might as well wait till August 30th.

You've got it arse about face mate. When we get to the end of the window we've lost all power in the negotiations as a selling club. Get them out quick so we can concentrate on incoming transfers
