The ugly: Brentford.

Overall not great but 3pts.

Kdb especially second half was not bad. Took his goal well and was decent imo.

Wasn't great in the final 3rd for City, we'd all like to see more goals and shots on target but that's sometimes down to how the opposition are set up and how "on it" they are. That was not a bad performance. Brentford put in a real shift tonight and we wore them down and controlled the game overall regardless, where other teams would have struggled a lot more. We'll have to get back to near our best soon but there's not a lot to complain about.

Maybe it's because of the break we had but I didn't even find it boring. I'm still saying to myself "what a team we have" just watching us move the ball around and turn the screw on opponents.

Brentford did try to play football- they just weren’t very good at it.
