They set the bar on Penalties with Landmine Mo Salah's dive after being touched by Laporte's finger at Anfield last season. That was enough contact for a Pen according to them, but now far more contact isn't????
If I had a quid for every time a BT pundit said 'He felt contact, he was entitled to go down there...' I'd have at least £50.00They set the bar on Penalties with Landmine Mo Salah's dive after being touched by Laporte's finger at Anfield last season. 2 things I noticed were that when the penalty was given after the VAR review, they knew what the decision was, but didn't tell us. I spent 10 seconds not knowing what the Ref had given. Second thing is, at one point one of them said 'Everyone other than City fans are hoping for an Arsenal win here... Really ?The commentator didn't know what he was doing.
For rodri's challenge when he slipped he said ref gave a free kick when he had given a corner. Then asked if it should have been a foul after they had just been saying he got the ball. And finished it off with it's good you can still do that - what win the ball?
Every time we don’t get a blatant decision;Funny how there’s never such a debate when we don’t get penalties.
Fuck em!
Either that or “not enough in it for me”Every time we don’t get a blatant decision;
“ahh well, these things even themselves out over the course of the season”.
Tottenham fans may not agree with that statement!2 things I noticed were that when the penalty was given after the VAR review, they knew what the decision was, but didn't tell us. They are selling up so will be gone soon.They're not going to change so those of you who have audio on may as well stick pins in your ears.
Put some quality music of your choice on and turn the tv down....oh and don't pay the fuckers, pay your friendly IPTV guy instead.
Correct, I looked for an alternative (fair) stream until we scored the winner, then went back to feed off their pain.Awful , spoilt the game for me until Rodri scored. Then it was like someone had died .. . Loved it
I had to suffer talksports version, as I was driving back from the Lake District, it surely couldn't have been as bad as that ? I don't know who the woman in the studio was, or who she supports, arsenal, liverpoool, or united, but the bias against City was just pathetic.Deserves it's own thread.
I thought the commentators were disgraceful today. The worst we've ever had.
Ah right, a number of others have also told me I am too sensitive (so I'm now sulking)They are hinting at covid pal they are oddly pissed that we are not saying players have had it for whatever reason.
That just about sums up Dixon, and a good few others, too!Lee dixon was nearly crying In one i saw. they called in Dermot Gallagher for his take and he immediately said it was a penalty.
Dixon had the actual gall to say he didnt care what Dermot thought, he was only concerned if it was a clear and obvious error that VAR saw, this was whilst a slow motion replay was running that showed xhaka firstly trip then pull on a fist full of bernardos shirt.
so dixon was basically happy for the referee to get it wrong And didt want VAR to correct him. Knobhead.

BT? Doesn't really matter who shows the games, whatever station either here or abroad I watch on it's the same pool of 'experts' & commentators either spouting their bile or selling there souls for a quid.They are selling up so will be gone soon.
