If you read the post I was responding to, it did not qualify the burglary in any way. I assume you would agree that an unfettered right to kill all children who enter your home with the intention of stealing to be a bad thing.
As I have previously stated the law as it stands in the form of reasonable force in the circumstances is perfectly adequate for every situation and no-one has posted anything on here to diminish that view in any way.
What is wrong with reasonable force?
