Can we surpass last season?

100 pts in the prem won't be done again even by us

i'm still miffed we blew the quickest to the title against the rags,joint with the chavs

FA cup would be nice

CL i can take or leave but for the players and HRH i want that this year

The big one for me is the title,back to back would be incredible
 
I think we’ll beat our points total and get 101.
It won’t make any difference though because Liverpool will win the title with 102 points.
 
As long as the players think it can be surpassed, then we'll be fine. That's the hunger they need.
 
I was going to say no chance, but on reflection, yes maybe.

Last season we had some lucky breaks with last minute wins and 3 points gained when for all the world, points looked lost. But on the other hand, we had some ludicrously bad breaks as well, like dropped points against Everton with that ridiculous sending off of Walker. And losing to the rags when we had 1.9 eyes (let alone half an eye) on the CL 2nd leg against the victims. So all in all, I'd say our luck evened itself out over the season. We ended up with the points we did, because in 95% of cases, we deserved to win the game.

This season Liverpool are stronger, but will they take more than 3 points off us? Chelsea are in transition, Arsenal ditto, the rags crap and at Spurs, Kane and Ali will be found out imo.

We'll do as well against the top clubs as we did last season imo. The question is, will we be as consistent against the rest? Why not, I say. Why not.
 
IMO the official's wouldn't allow it. A more competitive league is required to preserve the marketability of the PL internationally.
