Carlos Tevez

AC Milan certainly won't pay anything near what Tevez is on now and who realisticly thinks Tevez would come down in wages to move to AC?

AC Milan certainly won't pay anything near 40m for the pair either.
They are cheap cnts normally and now with their increasing problems and Italy in general waiting for worse times comming...

And it's not like the pair have raised their stock this year so if they bid 30m we should probably take it and move on. Kolarov is not my type of player but I do like Dzeko. We won't change the way we play to integrate him so let the good man go.

We can sell tevez for anything around £30m , no reason to want anything less , top player , proven , 20+ goal player

Not sure if milan who sold ibra-silva to loosen up wage bill , will buy tevez who will want 200k + a week

AC Milan turn to Astori and Destro

Milan could turn to promising youngsters Davide Astori and Mattia Destro to replace their outgoing superstars Thiago Silva and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Sportmediaset understands.

Astori and Destro are seen as younger and cheaper alternatives to the Paris-Saint Germain bound Silva and Ibrahimovic, and are thought to be two deals that may be agreed quickly.

As PSG negotiated the arrival of Milan’s two best players yesterday, the Rossoneri’s Vice-President Adriano Galliani was already hard at work on bringing Astori, 25, and Destro, 21, to the club.

Milan’s perilous financial situation has not only forced the €62m sale of Silva and Ibrahimovic, but also means that high-profile targets such as Manchester City duo Carlos Tevez and Edin Dzeko would be problematic swoops.

Only one of those two players would also take up Milan’s last available non-EU slot in their squad, making Astori and Destro even more of an attractive option.

Cagliari centre-back Astori rejected a €15m move to Spartak Moscow recently, but should be more willing to accept a switch to Milan because he is a product of the Rossoneri’s youth system.

Destro impressed last season at Siena but he is co-owned by Genoa, meaning the two clubs would have to agree on who takes full ownership before discussing a transfer to Milan. Destro played in Milan’s local rivals Inter’s youth academy.

Neither Astori nor Destro would come cheap but Milan, needing replacements for Silva and Ibrahimovic, would still be significantly cutting their costs should the two young Italians arrive.

Carlos is the best player I,ve seen at City since Colin Bell, got to keep him. A properly fit & motivated Tevez is our best hope of more glory next season.

Had a feeling something like this was happening; Milan can no longer afford to spend beyond their means, which means 20 million plus deals are a thing of the past, they will have to cut back on wages too which means big players from big clubs are less likely to sign for them. If they do break the back on transfer fee they have to offset it on wages, if they break the bank on wages it will only be because they picked up the player cheap or on a free. They will now be looking at targets who are young italian or non italian serie A based players, pick up the good deal from south america and ligue 1.

A move for Tevez or Dzeko to AC Milan is looking less likely, they may be able to get Dzeko, but Tevez's wages and Transfer fee seems too much for them, would he want to go there anyway, he will have to take a paycut to join a team that tightening its belt and inevitably has less ambition, he does n't speak Italian so he would n't be any more settled there than he is here. If Juve are in for Dzeko send him there and get RVP as a replacement. If Juve beat us to RVP then we may be out of options for Dzeko, Milan may decide against making any big signings, Malaga might be option, but they may also decide against bringing expensive recruits.
