When you select the characters in the code, it is quite easy to add an extra soafe at the end which can be difficult to see especially if you use "select all" - after pasting it hit the back space once, if it still looks the same then it should now be okay

I think uefa will have email address you bought the tickets under only, uefa will add the tickets to that account and you will be able to transfer the tickets to any email you want.

Presumably any ticket as part of a multi-purchase can only be sent to the email of the registered seat owner because, as far as I can see, you can only open the UEFA ticket application by putting in an email address that is recognised by UEFA from the point of sale?

If this is true, I cannot see how tickets can be sent to others?
